The legal community and the public are welcome to visit the Drake University Law Library and make photocopies as needed. Iowa residents outside the Des Moines metro area (as defined by the current telephone directory) can request copies of materials in our collection through our document delivery service. Members of the Drake Law Library Association (DLLA) program may also request document delivery service. Any Iowa law firm or corporation may join the DLLA program.
Document delivery services are available to Iowa residents if exact citations are provided. Fees are charged for document delivery service to help offset the cost of supplying the materials.
