The legal community and the public are welcome to visit the Drake University Law Library during regular library hours and make photocopies as needed. Iowa residents can request copies of materials in our collection through our document delivery service. Members of the Drake Law Library Association (DLLA) program may also request document delivery service. Any Iowa law firm or corporation may join the DLLA program.
Document delivery services are available to Iowa residents if exact citations are provided. Fees are charged for document delivery service to help offset the cost of supplying the materials.

Drake Law Library provides copies of material in the law library collection in accordance with copyright law, licensing provisions, and library policies. The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making and use of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials.
