While having a human translator is optimal, you may want to use automated translation tools at least as a preliminary step. Be aware that no auto-translate program is going to be perfect. Here are some options.
Once you open the Linguee site, click on the DeepL link in the upper left corner. You will have to cut and paste small portions to translate. These tools are built using human translated equivalent documents, including many law-related documents from the UN and EU.
Bing offers a simple interface where you can enter text and get a translation, as well as links to Microsoft Translator. With Drake's Microsoft 365 access, you can access Translate a document. From Word, click on the review menu, then Translate, then either translate selection or translate document.
