Try searching with keywords based on the subject of the motion, then limit by motion type (e.g., motion in limine, motion to stay, motion for summary judgment, etc.), court, or more.

Only includes civil cases. Use the check boxes at the bottom of the form to limit your search to a specific type of motion. You can search with just that information input or add other terms.

In the Docket Search interface, click Browse Full List by Filing Type by Docket Key. Then you can check the type of filings you want to search for. Choices include answer, brief, complaint/petition, letter, motion, and more. Also limit by court before searching. (If you want to pick many jurisdictions, it will be easier to limit before searching rather than after.)
Does not include Iowa state court filings.
