If you are having trouble printing on one of the machines in the library, Information Desk staff can perform simple troubleshooting, such as replenishing paper or providing basic instructions on using the machine. For more complex issues, students, faculty, and staff need to submit a ticket to ITS. This will bring the problems to the attention of someone in ITS who can address them and also document the scope of the problem, so campus-wide issues can more quickly be identified.
